Nutritional Therapy Consultations for Women over 40
As a Nutritional Therapist, I work with women over 40 who are experiencing perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms and want to balance their bodies naturally. My approach follows a holistic protocol, meaning we will consider what foods can best support your body during the hormonal transition of your 40s and 50s, as well as taking a wider view and talking about your lifestyle and any factors that may be having an impact on your wellbeing.
During our sessions we will review your diet and lifestyle habits, assess your health goals and put together a programme to get you rebalanced and thriving. We will look not only at the food you are eating, but also at all aspects of your day-to-day routine and discuss any symptoms or health issues that you specifically want to address.
